It has been observed that many people are becoming concerned about their health and dietary choices. Although some people believe that everyone should become vagitarian because it is not necessary to eat meet to maintain a healthy diet. I absolutely disagree with the given statement to a large extent.y opinion will be discussed in the following paragraphs ,supported by relevant examples.
The farmost argument to justify my statement is that, meat is a rich source of essential nutrients such that protein, iron and B12 which are necessary for maintaining good health. These nutrients helps in muscle development, brain function and production of blood cells. Besides this plant based foods contain some of these elements but it is difficult to obtain sufficient quantity without planning and supplements. For example many people who follow strict vegetarian diet suffer from vitamin B12 deficiency leading to weakness. Therefore eliminate meat completely from your diet may negative affect individual health.
Secondly, food choices are influenced by culture, tradition and personal lifestyle, so forcing everyone to become vegetarian is unrealistic. In many countries food is important part of daily meals provide affordable nutrients for families. Moreover, people who perform physically demanding jobs often require higher protine intakes which is easily obtained from meat. For instance athletes and construction workers commonly rely on animal protein to maintain strength and energy level. Therefore, dietary decision should remain a personal choice rather thana universal rule.
In conclusion Although a vegetarian diet can be healthy for some Individuals. I strongly disagree that should avoid eating meat. Meat providing essential nutrients and fullfill dietary needs, a balanced diet rather than complete restriction is a more practical approach to healthy living. Everyone should follow the proper diet to maintain health.
