For instance,my neighbor was caught driving without a license,but instead of going to jail,he had to attend a traffic safety course and to public service.Since than,he has followed all the rules and even helps others understand traffic lows. I believe this kind of approach works well for non-violent offenders,as it helps them correct their actions without harming their future.
