It is often argued that ambition is paramount importance for individuals to obgain their accomplishments. I partially agree with this notion because, while aspiration helps people to be more focused and diligent, hardworking and opportunities can be essential in attaining prosperity.
Having aspiration among individuals leads to the personal growth. This is because when people have great desires for achieving success, these aspirations assist people to be more focused on their career goals, which contributes to successful. Additionally, elevation makes those who have desire to obtain their achievements more diligent. For example, if students want to be doctors that their desires , they will be perseverant to achieve their goals, leading to success.
However, working hard plays a vital role in acquiring success. It is widely belived that people cannot achieve their goals without doing hard-work, although they have ambitious aspiration to be successful, therefore, hard work can be pivotal to turn ambitions into reality. Furthermore, success influenced by circumstances, such as opportunities and support from family members, friends and collegues, so ambition alone is not enough to achieve success. For instance, the public of Bangladesh has great ambitions, but it has a lack of financial incentives from the government. Thus, they are struggling to gain their achievements despite having aspiration.
In conclusion, while it is widely thought that having strong ambitions can contribute to be successful individuals, I strongly believe that not only ambitious aspiration but also other factors, to illustrate, amenities and being hardworker can lead to be successful.
