The ability to work in a team to achieve a common goal is an invaluable quality that must be have in the real world, especially in a career plan.This is because students who work together as a team share a common goal: a successful project. Compared to single-person work, teamwork is very fun, interesting and can clarify misunderstood part at any time.
However, competitive lessons are still a better choice in school. The main reason for competition is motivation. Teamwork can motivate strong members of a group, but weak members are left without it, and the strong should help them. When students are put to compete, they force themselves to make every effort to succeed.
