Global problems related to the environment are getting alarming that demands immediate attention from human beings, that can be done by individuals or by governments which is the main scope of discussions of people.
Each citizen is responsible for the situations that happens around especially environment related issues are not exception indeed. Therefore, if individuals would raise the importance of the problems, all people could join to the wave of changing the world to a better place to live. So, each society is the group of individuals segmented with common visions, behaviors. At the end of the day current problems will be the topic for actions in most societies such as Non-Government Organizations, youth organizations, forums and so on. For example, recently the group of activists in our country have raised the problem of pollution, made in visible that somehow pushed people to start to think about the future of the earth, the place where next generation is going to live.
In order to make it faster and more efficient, government should be the main player of the process, together with individuals. The reason is, it has power to influence to any negative actions that have dangerous reactions to environment, using its regulation functions to avoid it. This topic requires international relations as well, so, government could open the doors of international summits, forums to this processes. Giving an example, our government has really a big impact towards this scope, that is going to host COP29 (conference that will gather main countries in order to discuss global problems, mainly climate change issues).
To summarize, I believe that this is not an issue of government or individuals, this the issue of everyone, it is the scope of collaboration between them.
