Nowadays, some individuals believe that developing a successful career is more important than spending time with family and friends, while others others hold the opposite view. In my opinion, I partially agree and partially disagree with this statement because a balance between the two is crucial, as both are equally significant.
On the one hand, many people lives in a delimma that dedicating time to build successful career is crucial because it will help them to earn money. They also think that successful career gives them greater respect within the community. For example, many people in USA, many prioritize their work over friends and families and often scheduling appointments to see their children due to their busy schedules. This trend highlights the extent to which career advancement can overshadow personal relationships.
On the other hand, many individuals argue that spending time with their loved ones is more important rather than building a flourishing career because it brings happiness and emotionally fulfillment. They also get a chance to share their feelings to someone, which reduces depression and increase their confident. For instance, many people of India often prioritize family time, which contributes to lower depression rates and stronger social bonds.
Furthermore, I partially agree with this statement. According to me, spending time on building a successful career can help individual to earn money as well as respect within society. However, spending time with loved ones can reduce individual stress and depression and makes them feel happy in life. Therefore, striking a balance is essential. Individuals should allocate time to both career and relationships to lead a fulfilling life.
In conclusion, I think people should concentrate on their career but also take some time to spend with their friends and family members.
