In the contemporary worl, an increasing number of people consider that children should get formal education at an early age, while the other people claim that informal education is much more essential for their development until 7-years of age. In my opinion, formal education is vital for younger children and they should start immediately.
To begin with, informal education plays a pivotal role in shaping children’s mindset. For example, many European countries, such as Finland and Sweden, have applied a legislation about children’s school age, children who lived in these countries are not start school until 7 years of age. This offers many positive effects on children’s personal improvement, as they have showed better results their homework and school performance than those, who get formal education just under 7.
On the other hand, formal education holds a significant position in establishing a strong cognitive development. According to several scientific surveys and reports, children who start formal education at an early age, they have achieved success in their majors. Furthermore, formal education is fundamental because many children have a chance to gain hands on experience and they learn effective communiction because early age is paramount in establishing good abilities for them.
In conclusion, there is an argument about formal education whether is starting an early age or not. A growing number of people argue that formal education is important which is why they start as early as possible, whereas others suggest that children start after 7 years of age. I am of the firm belief that children should get formal education before at 7 because they have to learn fundamental skills with the help of their fresh insights.
