Certain people believe that; university education is the best way to get jobs but others argue that one should directly get into jobs and acquire work experience.

on the other hand, Nowadays getting directly into jobs is also an alternative option one should possess the required skills that are enough. Later, after recruiting the companies will give proper training to brush up their skills before starting the actual work. For instance, some multinational companies don’t consider the degree certificate while recruiting for jobs
Considering both perspectives, I would support getting a degree from a college is the better option to guarantee a job because of the systematic and well-structured education along with practical exposure.
It can be concluded that one with a professional certificate has more preference; when it comes to the eligibility criteria for the job application rather than the candidates without a degree.
