According to some,getting a degree from university is the best way to guarantee a good job,while others believe that it would be better to go straight into work and get experience instead.In my opinion,deciding whether to study at university or focusing on work should depend on the job of the person.
On the one hand,getting a degree is not a bad option if they want to learn more about their future position.Nowadays,universities with needed field of study can be found in every country.Also,with diploma,it might be easier to have a job,because a lot of companies search for employees with post-secondary education.
On the other hand,it is often argued that focusing on work and getting experience is better choice.They do not see any necessity in high education,because they believe that it is still possible to make their way without it.For example,to become a chef,they do not have to have a knowledge about math or history.Moreover,in 21st century,there are number of preparatory courses,which can help to quickly learn anything in a short period of time.
Finally,in my point of view,both options are good,but sometimes it depends on job too.There are many professions,which do not ask for diploma,because it is better for them if you already know what to do.
In conclusion,despite people having different opinions,I think it would be better for everyone to make a decision depending on their future position.
