In 21th century governments began to invest to different spheres, but most of money they spent on general services. Meanwhile some people think that governments should boost expenditure on public services than waste their money on arts like music and paintings. Personally, I think that both of them play vital role in the countries flourish.
On the one hand, those governments who play a role for allocating money into the services that cater for services, for those serving in working areas. Moreover, renewed through the tax service, which residents themselves pay to the state. However, the state can raise money from local people, saying that they will invest this money to improve the city or country, but it this invest should be reliable so that in the future it does not lead to starvation of the people. And these are consequences can diminish the relationship between governments and people and authorities and all of those may be hinder the good of the country or city.
On the other hand, government funding that directed into arts such as music and paintings contributes greatly to the local economy of a certain country or a city. Also, with landmarks or paintings which associated with the county may be rise level cultural enrichments for foreign visitors. For instance Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh with the popular painting which called “The Starry Night” and this landscape painting that depicts the view outside of his window and which that has captivated viewers for over a century with its swirling brushstrokes and glowing stars. Furthermore, there is a cultural values might become almost useless if it could not create financial benefits or not be widely recognised by the public. This all can happen when governments ignored artistic creations.
In conclusion, I think that governments should be spend money for the people as well as arts for example music and paintings, which may lead to economic growth in the future.
