Some proponents believe that educational background is the most essential factor that can increase their life, while others think that being experienced in a job is more beneficial for career. Both of these sides have their own reason, and the author will give his own perspective.
On the one hand, higher education means people have more experience in theory, which mean they could be more easily to practice in the field. People in this side also think that education can give you more chance to get better salary, because in real life, the companies would hire people with higher degree in better position. Moreover, people in this category, is more well-experienced in every circumstance. They have tried various activity, such as managing the organization, running the business, or even working in any fields. With all of these, they would be able to be open-minded, and calmer to face any situations.
On the other hand, others disagree about previous thoughts. They have belief that working experience is better than wasting your time continuing your study, because in the end, the goal is the same, being professional. In addition, these opponents think that all we need is learning, and we can learn everywhere, even in the workplace. If you have certificate of your degree does not mean that you have ever learned, but you just have ever gone to school.
In my opinion, all arguments are not totally wrong, because all reasons are easily accepted. Education does not guarantee you to be successful. Perhaps it is true that we can learn wherever we are, but going to school can build the probability to success become bigger.
In conclusion, all we need is never stop to learn, and make our own opportunity. Can we be successful in the future? or is school the only way to be success? We can be better if we believe in our way.
