Everyone needs to take the leisure time from their daily job and everyday life to improve their mental health and to reduce stress. I personally take the leisure time for sport activities such as, playing basketball, as I believe suits me better. However, there is no right or wrong answer on how to take your leisure time, it depends on what you need the most.
Some people want to watch movies, reading, or surfing the internet. This type of activities are people who have high-demanding job. If you are a builder, nurse, or engineer, you may feel you don’t want to take any workout activities related because physically you are already exhausted.
Also, some people take a desk-bound occupation. Project Developer, for example, may sitting for a very long time in front of their computer screen. At the end of their working time, they need to stretch their body to improve their health such as, do a five-kilometer run or swimming.
Another factor of the activities we choose for our leisure time is based on where our profession take places at. People who work on outdoor often prefer indoor hobbies or activity, as well as people who work in indoor generally choose outdoor activities. I am a student myself and it involves sitting in the class and listen to lectures all day, so I need to take matters outside to breath fresh air.
In all type of situation, people will pick their own activities to make them more healthy and more refreshed. The only mistake to take leisure time is, if you already have outdoor occupation, you still want to go to workout in gym after your work time is over.
