It is natural that both genders have different specialities. For this reason, while some occupations are appropriate for women, they might not be suitable for men. This essay discusses how both genders have different occupations that are compatible for them, however, they should still have equal working conditions.
Men are naturally more powerful than women in physical activities. Their muscles are more developed, so they are better with jobs that require more arm strength. Also, most men have stronger and more stable mental fortitude than women, which helps them to stay strong in harsh situations. Due to this, jobs like military service, civil engineering, or carpentry are more suitable for men. At the same time, women are more creative, sensitive, and emotional. Also, their practical intelligence is more developed than men’s, thus it is helpful for them to organize an event, manage projects, or find solutions to a problem in a work environment.
Although, this does not mean that women and men should be discriminated against in their professional lives. Both genders can do all of the jobs that are considered men’s or women’s jobs; women can be successful soldiers while men can be the best secretaries. There are lots of successful women diplomats too, whom the whole world knows about, such as Angela Merkel from Germany and Hillary Clinton from the United States of America.
To conclude, both genders have different opportunities in different occupations. What we have to do is not discriminate against women and men and learn to treat them equally.
