There are certain reasons why products should be made to last in a long period of time. Firstly, due to its endurance, automatically many people are interested in buying the goods or things. Thus, the company that produces the goods can be popular. Secondly, the goods are definitely liked by a lot of people. Thirdly, it can economize the finance of someone. It bears the meaning that if someone buys the goods that last in a long period of time, he or she will buy the same goods in quite a long time as well. Finally, the quality of the goods is of course better because generally the products that last in a long period of time usually have good quality.
However, I will argue that making products cheap are more important as well like mentioned above. A company that produces the goods in a lower price will obtain many customers notably the poor people. Not only the urban people but also the rural ones can buy the goods easily because of the cheap price. Besides, these products will be well sold in the markets. Even though a large number of people think that the products of this kind have no good quality, but in general customers do not see about it for the first time. The most important one is that they can buy the goods in a lower price. In addition, the cheap products will make the process of buying and selling done by the seller and buyers to be fluent because it does not require much money to do the transaction of selling and buying. As a result, the traders or merchants can buy the goods from the factory fluently, too.
In conclusion, it is imperative that certain products should be made to last as long as possible, but making products cheap is more important as well.
