Many people believe that studying at university is the best way to get a well-paying job, while others think that having work experience is more important. I disagree with that because university and work experience both are important.
Studying at university offers higher education, and it’s very important for finding a great job. But if you are a freshercandidate, you don’t easily get any professional job because any fresh candidate worker doesn’t take on any hard work. But if you have experience, you will. On the other hand, without studying, you cannot get any job with experience because experience is better, but studying at university helps to grow your educational knowledge. So both sides are important.
I have a friend who is an uneducated person, but he has good experience in the tourism management sector. But no company hires him because he doesn’t have any higher education certificate. On the other side, I saw a man who was educated, but he did not have experience. But he started a job with a low salary, and after two years, he achieved good experience, then he increased his position. So, in my opinion, education and experience both are very important for getting a good position job.
