It has always been a debate among the people wheather the advertising on TV is benifical to viewers or not. As per my opinion, most of the advertising that comes on TV do not benifits the viewers but some of the them might be just the thing that the viewers are looking for.
As we all know how much advertise comes on the TV but all of them are not useful. However, some of them which just seem to be the things that the people are looking for or just needed in life to make their life more comfortable or increase their quality of life. For example, if there is someone who is currently using the old wooden chair which is causing them backpain and is extremly difficult to move and at that moment if they saw the advertisement of a chair that is modern and well equiped with foam and total back support they just might bought it which will improve their health as well as their quality of life.
Most of the advertisiment that comes nowdays are of gambles, energy drinks and alcohol which are not benifical to the viewers at all. Childern who get exposoure to this kind of advertisiment might follow the path of gambling as well and alcolohism which is very scary for the parents not only childerns some adults also might start these kind of thing just by the infulence or just in a sense of try things out and completely destroying their finance in process. In addition, people might also buy the luxury things which they actually are not in need and waste lots of their money.
So i think the advertisements on TV is more harmful to the viewers that it is useful and there should be some rules and regulation in regards to advertisement.
