A multitude of workers argued that working remotely is the best way for workers to commute their working hours. On one hand working from home is better for individuals, since there is no need to cross the country to go work or even fill your car with a fuel. so it gets you to work. for instance you’re working in Jeddah and your residence is at Makkah working from home is better for you because there is no need to use the train to arrive to Jeddah. or even to wake up early to go to you office in Jeddah.
On the other hand working at the company is way better to get the work done, it will be faster and much more efficient take this as an example, your team has a big initiative and it’s due to is in four months, when you are working from there is not going to be censorship for the employees on themselves but when working at the company is going to be more efficient and even faster.
Working at the company it will improve your social life as well, since you will meet people every day it is a good opportunity to develop your relationships with others.
In conclusion, working at home is helpful for employees in their economic life, but it also can be a bad option for the company if they want increase their profits and income.
