Many people believe that working online can reduce productivity. However, I disagree with this notion. Most companies today rely on a workforce that operates from home, and they often achieve great success as a result.
The first reason is that people tend to feel more relaxed at home. They work in an environment where they feel comfortable and can enjoy their favorite foods. Additionally, they have the freedom to go to different places instead of being confined to an office all day. Most people dislike feeling forced to work in a particular setting. Even those who may not enjoy staying at home have the option to find a suitable location where they can concentrate on their jobs.
The second reason is that many individuals today are shy and may struggle with interpersonal communication. This discomfort can lead to job dissatisfaction; some may even quit because they prefer to avoid large groups or feel overwhelmed when working in front of others. Even if they don’t leave their jobs, it’s possible they might be let go for not accomplishing their work tasks.
In conclusion, I believe that working online is an excellent approach, especially for jobs that don’t require a physical presence, such as those in offices. Roles that certainly need in-person attendance, like doctors or nurses, are exceptions, but for many other professions, remote work can be incredibly effective
