Working from home is often considered beneficial. However, others argue that it reduces efficiency. I largely agree with this view because it can create an unorganized daily routine and lead to low motivation.
One reason I disagree with working from home is the unorganized daily routine. In other words, when people work from home, they may not manage their deadlines properly. For example, people do not have a clear schedule, so they often spend more time sitting, using their phones, or watching videos, and they may forget to include working hours in their day. As a result, this can lead to poor time management and reduce productivity. Therefore, working from home may not be appropriate and can create problems
Another important reason why I disagree with this view is that people may have low motivation. This means that when people do not interact with colleagues in an office, they cannot discuss ideas quickly, ask questions, or collaborate easily. For instance, at home they communicate with colleagues mainly through messengers or video calls, which can slow things down. Consequently, people may feel lonely or disconnected when they do not interact with colleagues regularly. This can reduce motivation.
In conclusion, although working from home may be productive for some people, it can also create an irregular daily routine and lower motivation. Therefore, I largely disagree with the idea that working from home improves productivity.
