In recent decades, working from home has become common in many countries, while others believe that it can reduce productivity and teamwork. This essay will discuss both views, and my own opinion will be given.
On the one hand, working from home is beneficial for employees. By working from home, employees can be with their families. They can be there for their families in times of need. Employees working from home do not have to go to the office, which saves both time and money. Since they do not go to the office, there is no traffic jams on the roads.
On the other hand, working from home can reduce productivity and teamwork. When they work from home, their focus will not be on work. They will not work at their best. As a result, there will be no development in the organization. Working from home keeps employees isolated, which destroys teamwork among them.
In my opinion, employees should work from the office because working from the office creates teamwork among employees, and they work at their best and take the organization forward. When a person cannot go to the office, then working from home is fine for them.
