The debate over weather authority should explore new planets and spend money for them or they have to contribute fund to unsolved issues in the community on earth, with strong argument on both sides. I agree with those who argue that given the existing problems on earth.
On the one hand, exploring new space and investing them have several potential benefits, one of them is extension of living space. These days many countries are suffering from overpopulation and pollution, especially urban areas. If investments or government spend money for research other planets, perhaps these issues can be addressed. Another problem is climate changes, today’s global warming caused to many problems. For instance, wide fire or lack of water. By exploring new planets, government can solve these concerns in the earth.
On the other hand, contributing money to public problems more crucial and necessary because spending public money to research new planets is so unreliable. Therefore it is wasting money to unjustifiable program. Instant of authority should invest fund to public service such as public transport, hospitals, education or bad roads and paths. These huge funds could be better spent on these areas rather than investing billions of dollar into other space.
In conclusion, even though space exploration suggest several advantages, I strongly believe that assisting to community services such as education or public health-care are more valuable and important.
