Since it is believed in few positions, their colleagues are rude and arrogant due- to their jealousy of the person who gets on well with the boss are manager. Meanwhile, the arrogant ones tend to put all the work and projects on them, saying they do not have to do it as the person is well equipped. I strongly think staying in the same organization is a great opinion for the person Who loves the place and the opportunities it provides to them if it suits them.
