Internet is one of the greatest inventions of last century. You can easily communicate with another person who is not living in your country, or can easily access online newspaper, research articles, or any other data that you required. It is blessing for us; however, it has some shortcomings also. Nevertheless, the advantages of internet outweighing the drawbacks. Below, I will present my thoughts.
To begin with, the best breakthrough of twenty-first century is internet. It has tremendous benefits. Internet has become the world smaller, a perfect “Global Village”. You can transfer information one corner of the world to another corner with a second. In addition, one can easily talk with his or her close one who stays outside of the motherland. For example, one of my close friends who is now in Canada; however, we are communicating every day through video calling.
Secondly, students are getting numerous benefits for the blessing of internet. Furthermore, education has become easier due to internet. There are various courses which are not getting understand by only reading; it is required visual presentation. In addition, online education is available right now. For instance, one of my cousins who live in Bangladesh but he has been admitted in German university and attending class via internet.
Internet has some disadvantages also. Online scammers are doing unethical work through internet. Furthermore, hacking is one of the major shortcomings of internet. One can easily hacked your email or social media account which can be harmful in the long run.
In conclusion, internet is blessing if you use it for good deeds. Unless, it will be dangerous for human-kinds. Now it is an essential part of our lives. We cannot imagine a single day without internet.
