Nowadays, it is a common belief that the mobile phone is not only the main tool for communication but also a valuable tool for gaining information, while others hold the view that phones should be banned in classrooms for effective teaching. Although there are several strong arguments against using mobile phones in the classroom, I completely agree with this view and believe that mobile phones are a very important device for student study.In this essay, I will demonstrate the importance of mobile phone use for easier study.
It is obvious that the mobile phone is part and parcel for data, which can provide many kinds of information about newspapers, magazines, research, and documentaries. First and foremost is that students can easily carry their mobile phones, which are lighter than books. However, mobile phones need extra safety. More specifically, if students don’t find any data in the textbook, they can collect any type of data from mobile phones.
Finally, if students cannot go to the educational institution due to an accident, students and teachers can connect with each other with the help of mobile phones. Thus, for proper and digital study, mobile phones will be a great device for students in the classroom.
On the one hand, mobile phones have many kinds of disadvantages. To start off with, the ability of a teacher to control a class will be affected if students can use their phones. More importantly, most students use their phones in the classroom and cannot pay attention to their teachers. Last but not least, students spend their important time on mobile games, which will play a bad role and affect their study.
In conclusion, having illustrated both sides of this affair, I would like to state my opinion that I strongly disagree with the statement, although it has some disadvantages.
