As we approach a world where people trust themselves for great success, it has become increasingly common for more and more people to consider that the fundamental cause of superb success is related to working hard instead of believing in luck. While there are clear drawbacks to this trend, my agreement could be spending much more time to achieve success as well as facing challenges.
If most individuals prefer to achieve the success that they expect, such as getting an IELTS score of 8 or enhancing their skills to a high performance level, they absolutely rely on toiling tirelessly, which could come with quite a few challenges. While this can ultimately bring some health issues like sleepless nights and feeling constantly exhausted, among others, this tendency is particularly common among students. However, after all this time, which brings some challenges to them, their potential achievements are likely to increase significantly. To illustrate, many teenagers cannot have breakfast on time or fail to get sufficient sleep, which leads to excessive tiredness all day or every morning. Hence, a great number of people sometimes choose to work harder compared to others who rely on luck rather than consistent effort.
On the other hand, waiting for this luck for the purpose of achieving this success is equivalent to losing their clear prospects for it. This is largely because some wish these outstanding achievements without investing much time or effort owing to technological advancements or another reason. In essence, they just prefer to wait for these results as this happens in the fairytales. Yet if someone achieves the greatest success in their lives, they just commence to saying ” they had a chance like luck ” even though they do not know how hard it was for achievers or how long it took them and the availability of challenges. That is why, not trusting in this luck could be better for those who really want to achieve a high achievement through hard work, as it is mentioned in a scientist’s book, no pain no gain!
In conclusion, relying on luck rather than effort to achieve success is often a belief held by those who avoid challenges. However, genuine accomplishment is the result of perseverance, determination, and consistent hard work – qualities that luck alone can never replace.
