Some groups of people like to make a plan for activities for their free time, while others disagree.
In the daily life of all people, aside from school, university, or job, they also have some free time. Some people prefer to plan their activities very carefully because it helps to actually do something, whether it’s some hobby like drawing or reading, or if it’s something more intense like training, fitness, swimming. So that’s why some people think making a proper plan makes you commit to whatever you’re doing and not quit.
Now, on the other hand, some people think or may think that making plans are pointless, and it is just you doing certain stuff that you like, and maybe they think that people who make some sort of plans don’t have will to do it regardless.
Overall, a lot of people, whether they like it or not, just naturally go with the flow or the wave of that unfolds before them, and they don’t complain much, but there is also a lot of people who may not go easy with something from daily activities or job. So they like to make plans to make it easy and step by step. I am one of those people. Throughout my childhood, I was always unsure to do some certain stuff from daily activities. I still did a lot of things like drawing, football, volleyball, even wrestling at some point, but I was always unsure to do it, maybe because of anxiety or some other factors. As I grew up, I liked to plan out what to do, like training, sleeping early, drinking a lot of water, etc.
In conclusion, I think it only helps some people, and not for everybody it would be suitable.
