Despite the severity of many environmental issues, such as climate change and pollution, there are still no effective measures proposed and executed by humans. In this essay, I will explore the reasons behind this issue before proposing some effective solutions that can handle it.
There are some major reasons that explain why humans have not figured out effective solutions that can combat many environmental issues. It is true that people have used fossil fuels for more than 100 years, releasing an unimaginable amount of greenhouse gases and pollutants which make it impossible for removal. Furth ermore, many governments still do not recognize the importance of handling environmental issues, resulting in the lack of funding in creating and finding innovative ways to tackle environmental challenges.
However, there are some viable solutions that can deal with thes e problems and make the planet cleaner. First and foremost, governments must spend more attention to resolve these environmental issues by providing free public transport that connects conven iently to various locations, thus significantly reduc ing gas emissions from private transport. Moreover, instead of focusing on long-term actions like deforestation done for resi dential purposes, governments should combine with schools and communities to create lessons and program s about the importance of preserving the e nvironment and finding methods to resolve pollutants and climate change. As a result, these activities would raise their awareness and force them to implement friendly environmental practices in their areas.
In conclusion, although the numerous challenges posed by pollution and climate change, there are effec tive strategies to mitigate these issues. If governments spend more attention and resources, along with combining with educational insti tutions and communities, we can build a cleaner planet for future generations.
