Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

There is common view that the motivation is come mostly from money in workplaces. While I accept that the salary plays a crucial role in consisting the aim of working, I believe that there are other alternatives of being motivated.

On the one hand, mainly, numerous motives are derived thank to wages. Today, every daily needs requires some amount of money. That is why employees are trying to earn more profit with their skills, instead of helping to the residents. For example, if workers do not have enough money, they cannot pay to life purposes and even are not able to buy foods and clothes. Additionally, in terms of health, during facing disease, individuals should have more amount of earnings for their medications, medical diagnoses and also surgeries. Avoiding these treatments may lead to worsen the condition of the patient, serious outcomes for our society, remarking the importance of wealth.

On the other hand, workers may purpose other significant things, such as love of their profession, dreams and willing to help the citizens. Curiosity for occupation may be one reason for encouraging work. Lovers of their own professions have an excessive energy for serving to citizens and never gives up on the way, mentioning different level of significance. Childhood dreams can be cause for motivating. Some have been dreamed of particular profession for they were child. Therefore, they always like job atmosphere of them and overlook negative sides. Similar to these fallowing reasons, willingness to help is one example of encouragement.

In conclusion, even though monetary-based things are the most important for being motivated, passion and ambition of children can also encourage to employee.
