Band 5+: The best to learn about other cultures is to work in multinational organisations. Do you agree or disagree?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

In recent years, the acceptance of various cultures has become socially common. Various industrials suggest that working in mixed culture institutes is the most effective method to attain the knowledge about alternative cultures. In my perspective, there are more alternatives to get the knowledge about overseas cultures.

Considering the merits of being employed in multi-cultural institution. First, people could study more languages as they would work with client of overseas nations. For example, an Indian folk working with the Canadian can study both English and French if it frequently used. Secondly, these franchises may plan group short trips to overseas destination consequently, one need not pay for local guide as they will have a cellmate belonging to that country. Additionally, it helps the native of under development country to earn more than the currency of alternative developed countries such as dollars and pounds have large values.

However, there are also a plethora of the methods to enroll about alternative country’s history. Firstly, nowadays, people could study from smartphone applications consequently there is not a requirement to get the job opportunities in such companies, it will only be a waste of time and efforts. Moreover, the employees of multinationals companies will concentrate on the global development on the contrary, they will not be concerned about local problems.

To conclude, although, international corporations could contribute to study about any community’s background and beliefs on the contrary, this trend could take too much time and handwork.
