The given diagram represents the different stages of creating, shaping and assembling a perfect violin by hand.
Overall, This whole process is divided into 9 parts according to the diagram,
where as the start of making a hand made violin is done by cutting a violin shape wood from a piece of rectangular wood.
The later process includes designing, shapping, joining and assembling of the different parts.
The process starts with cutting 2 violin shaped wood from a whole piece of wood which is rectangular in shape.
Later it is then carved with some unique designs like f-hole on the front side and after shaping the unshaped ribs to shaped ones,
it is then stuck on the upper side of the lower part to join the 2 parts of violin, creating the main body.
Once the main body of the violin is ready, it is then connected to the scroll which has a “neck”, this neck is a part itself in the scroll.
After assembling the scroll with violin body, some extra parts are assembled into it, making it ready for the last procedure making it look smooth & shiny using varnish.
Completing the above mentioned procedure results in a handmade violin.
