Environmental problems and global warming play important roles in communities that governments argue that which one has priority for them to assign more budge for those. I give some concrete answers to prove why the government should allocate funds for both global and local environmental difficulties in terms of health and economic problems.
To begin with, regional environmental quality can have far-reaching effects on the health and economic of that society. In deed, neglecting environmental difficulties can lead to appearing air pollution and water contamination that are stemmed from deforestation, desertification, industrialization and overpopulation. Individuals who live in that places tend to foster their asset without paying attention to consequences of their decision for environment. For example, they would make a decision to logging for building houses that can have negative effects on the health of the individuals because trees are the lung of the earth and can deter to emit carbon dioxide in the air. So, governments should put aside some budget to think about these problems to take action for preventing these problems by enforcing some strict regulations and raising the awareness of the community.
Secondly, global warming is an universal issue that the government globally should take into some important actions to prevent this matter. The government should assign some of their allocation to this regard by a common collaboration because global warming resulting from increasing carbon dioxide started to expand by factories and fosill fuels that are burning in different countries. The government should consider not only subsidies for this regard to promote to use clean, sustainable, economy-friendly , environmentally friendly energies like wind energy, solar power or nuclear energy that have not any dangerous for humans but also enforce some strict regulations to observe the standards of creating these actions. So, all of these actions need to devising plans and preparing budget that can be materialized just by contribution of governments to each other.
