Historic places allow people to learn about history and become one of the factors that inspires our descendants to curious about our history. However, allowing everyone is visit the historic places accounts for over tourism which increases the possibility of harming or destroying the historical places. Therefore we have to find a solution to this problem.
Tourism is a major cause of the destruction of historical places. Often this is inadvertent as people visit the historical places, destroying the buildings or sculptures, leaving out their trash, visiting in a huge number of tourists in a one time as they are enjoying their travel. Sometimes, however, this destruction is twice as often happened in the past, and it is the result of ignorance as countries crave more wealth sacrificing the historical places.
There are two ways that we may be able to reduce the destruction. The first is by protecting the parts of the buildings through the limitation in number of the visitors for example Japan is dedicated to reducing the number of visitors as one way to raise awareness of protection. The second way is through increasing the fee, it is often difficult for people to pay for more which accounts for the reduction in the number of visitors. In summary, we are responsible for the destruction of the historical places and we need to work hard to prevent this.
