Band 4+: The increasing reliance on online communication has led to a decline in face-to-face interactions, particularly among young people. What problems does this pose, and what steps can be taken to encourage more personal communication?

It has been noticeably seen that younger generation, nowadays, are more connected and dependent on internet, which made them less interroactive in-person. There are plenty of issues affecting this trend and this essay will briefly discuss about steps that can be beneficial for youngsters to be engaged more in-person rather than virtual meetings.

Discussing the issues, internet has taken a place on all of the human being. People are staying all the time with their PCs, either that is for commercial or personal usage. The overall job market has split a lot of pressure on corporate employee that they can not even completing their daily projects or presentations within the given time-frame. For instance, the Bangalore city in India known as the IT hub where millions of people all around the India gets placement and works isolated being in a small room or in offices. Consequently, leading a person’s nature to be isolated and not engaged in outside world.

Focusing on prevention, the professional employees have to be involved in weekly fun tasks or casual meetings organised by firm in order to open up themselves with others. To elaborate, tons of work completing on screen feels none other than jail, eventually, putting people into the interrogative conversation or discussion session makes them feel proficient which can lead them towards great productive hours along with good team bond.

To summarise, dependancy on the online platforms offers multiple functions for being connected and weakens the bond, however, few routine practices and initiatives can change the perspective for better outcome. The online communication is convenient but can not remain as a foundation of society.
