In contemporary society, more and more companies and organizations are choosing older people to be leaders or managers. However, some argue that the leaders and managers of companies and organizations should be younger. Now, I will explain my thoughts and reasons.
I believe that older people are more suitable to be leaders of a team rather than younger people. Older individuals have spent more years in the workplace, which means they have richer experience and knowledge compared to younger people. As a result, they can solve problems more quickly and easily. Additionally, younger people may have immature minds and lack sufficient experience. They might be afraid of taking on responsibility and may not be able to handle management tasks effectively.

They often hold advanced degrees and have more qualifications, allowing them to use their wealth of knowledge to develop better and more competitive plans for the future. Their enthusiasm can help create a dynamic, youthful team, which is beneficial for the company’s steady development. Finally, younger people tend to be more ambitious than older people. They focus more on their work, while older individuals may be limited by physical health or family issues, which can affect their ability to focus on work.
