In my opinion, the company’s productivity will increase when its employees are happy and can be more productive and that can happen by the following.
Firstly, make sure they are compensated enough to do their jobs, if they are underpaid the company can’t expect to get the best of them, secondly the paid time off is so important some of the companies keep their employees working overtime and not even getting the weekend off, the time off is a must not a luxury for the staff to spend a time with their family and restore their energy.
Moreover, a healthy work environment is so important for the team to be more productive such as pushing the staff to work under more pressure without any reason, thinking from the management that will make them work more and finish faster and the truth is not this idea is completely wrong, no one can keep working under pressure for a long time that will force the employees to do one of two things first reduce their performances the second option is just to leave the company and find another job, also the appreciation and fair evaluations to the employees is very important, the company should appreciate the hard worker employees and give a warning to the employees who are not doing their job probably.
To sum up, staff productivity is a key factor for any company’s success, and to increase their productivity they should provide a healthy work environment, make sure their employees are well compensated finally appreciate and evaluate their employees fairly.
