The choice between whether or not to establish more public parks and sports facilities than shopping malls in towns remains a dilemma for individuals. This essay will examine the perspective of both sides and offer an objective perspective at the end of the essay.

Firstly, having more areas like public parks so are sports facilities facilitates people’s health condition. This stems from the fact that spending more time in these places enables individuals to grab fresh air and do intense exercises, like running for a mile, jogging, lengthening their life expectancies. Besides, public parks and sports facilities are what help people embrace the beauty of nature. A striking example is that immersing in nature environment contributes to less time spent on mobile devices and improves individual’s mental state through walking and exercising in the park. Furthermore, building public parks as well as work-out facilities stimulates individuals to do dramatically more sports. Because sports facilities and outdoor activities are more accessible than before, which enhances physical conditions of people.

However, the benefits of constructing more shopping center yields are also apparent. First and foremost, it opens the door to entertainment. individuals can purchase the items they are interested in more easily, meeting the demand of shopping now and then. Moreover, it also strengthens the growth of GDP and people’s life quality in new towns. This lies in the fact that the yearly revenues of shopping centers can become the finance as well as funds policymakers allocated on towns’ development, eventually benefits individuals themselves.

In my opinion, a balanced approach can be taken. Government can incorporate shopping centers as part of towns’ construction. This can be achieved through balancing the funds given to parks section and entertainment section, helping to realize a more fabulous life in towns.

In conclusion, while it is evident that having more shopping centers contribute to people’s life quality directly. I firmly believe that a balanced method plays a more significant role in reshaping a town.
