Band 7+: there are some opinions that students should have a part time job, analyze in 2 view and give your opinion

Some opinions said that students should do part time work with the intent to be advanced in years or ern more knowledge and experiences. In the final analysis, I agree with the opinion that part-time jobs bring more drawbacks than the benefits for the community and the students themselves.

We all have to acknowledge that a part-time job not only gives students income but also lots of advantages. Firstly, it develops many valuable social skills. Engaging in work opportunities fosters conflict resolution, negotiation, coordination, and social perceptiveness. These skills contribute to increased confidence and experience, allowing students to complete themselves and open up more career opportunities. Secondly, the experience highlights the difficulty of earning money, instilling a greater appreciation for its value. Students will have to study and work at the same time, they must know how to balance their time and it is very hard. Then even if the work is not heavy, they will know that money is not easy to earn. As a result, students tend to abandon wasteful spending habits and learn how to save and spend money with a thoughtful plan, shaping them into financially responsible individuals.

Despite the advantages of part-time jobs, there are many disadvantages lead to refraining from engaging in part-time work is something that students should consider. Firstly, it creates the imbalance between work and life. Work-life imbalance is the inability of students to stabilize their activities. As noted by Furr & Ellinig (2000), can detrimentally affect academic performance, making it challenging for students to excel in their studies. This difficulty arises from the demanding nature of part-time work, leading to adverse impacts on the learning process. Secondly, compounded by a lack of understanding of labor rights, students may find themselves overworked without receiving fair compensation. This situation can result in increased pressure, the potential for harassment, and the risk of being drawn into illegal work, creating an environment that is exploitative and potentially detrimental to students’ mental well-being.

In conclusion it is my belief that students should refrain from pursuing part-time employment.

Opinions differ on whether women should play an equal role as men in a country’s police or military forces or whether they are unsuitable for these kinds of jobs. Learning autonomy is commonly used to describe students' ability to take responsibility for their own learning, including setting goals, choosing methods, and evaluating progress, especially in an age where information is widely available online. Some argue that learning autonomy encourages independence, critical thinking, and lifelong learning. Others maintain that too much autonomy may lead to confusion, ineffective learning strategies, and a lack of discipline without proper teacher guidance. Another line of thought suggests that autonomous learning should work alongside traditional teaching rather than replace it. Which view(s) do you agree with? Provide specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

With the unprecedented development of technology, marked by the widespread accessibility of information online, there has been an ongoing debate about whether autonomy should be promoted in the learning process of students. Having learning autonomy means holding accountability for the learning strategies and progression of the students themselves, through goal-setting, choosing learning methods, or consistent […]

Nowadays, many people believe that children should not have mobile devices when they are in elementary school.
