Nowadays, there is a view that more and more people are unwilling to choose teaching as their further careers. In this essay, i would like to explain the main reasons for this growing trend and mention what solutions need to be taken in order to reduce it.
One reason is a relatively law-salary. Teaching is considered to be one of the less lucrative jobs compared to banking and IT programming spheres. This can create some doubts about not being financially secured when starting to teach at secondary schools. Take, for example, math teachers. They can have the same amount of experience as IT programmers, but their monthly income may be as twice as lower. One possible solution to this problem is that governments should increase their wages in order to attract more people to pursue this job.
Another striking reason is that some pupils might behave badly during the lesson. This means that teachers should have to work with students, despite being disobeyed by them. It usually leads to stress and thoughts to leave the teaching behind. To remidy this issue, parents should have stricter rules with their children at home in order to rebehave them.
In conclusion, many people find this job unattractive due to the law pays and pupils’ misbehavior. However, these issues can be still solved if the governments would increase the salaries or if parents would rebehave their children.
