In this day and age, the issue of some countries making decision to not allow private transport to get in business center and allow them to access by foot only has sparked intense debate. I firmly believe that this statement offer disadvantages more advantages. The congestion will affect to surround area that may wide spread to the bigger area. This essay will present why my position is justified.
Avoiding bad traffic by blocking some area from the car will cause several issues. The primary reason beside this view to support this argument is inconvenience. Individual who work in the area, or local person who live in that area are totally affected on this decision. To put on their shoes that means if they drive, they need to park somewhere close by and walk in that spot. That clearly shows that they have to spend more time to commute and affect to the traffic in surrounding space. Cosequently, this clearly demonstrates that congestion effect will spread to nearby area, and it will not improve this problem permanently, making it valid consideration.
In additional, better solution is public transportation development. Provide good shared commutement is a reasonable solution that can gain more number of people to switch to shared transit. Although, some person still prefer drive, but if public transport system is easy to access and affordable. Some individuals may change their mind and will offer advantage to packed area.
In conclusion, dispute some minor drawbacks that ban personal driving in business city will not help in congestion for long term. I firmly believe that in the long run, it offers more advantages to find new solutions.
