Nowadays, people tend to spend money on things that are not even necessary for them and purchasing products is now highly influenced by marketing strategies. I firmly believe that advertisement is the most effective weapon companies use to sell their goods and this can influence people to buy unnecessary stuff. Although, advertisements have some beneficial factors such as: spreading awareness among people.

With the advancement of technology and social media introducing products and services has become easier than before. Now, almost everyone is connected to internet and uses digital platforms everyday. This has sky-rocketed the consumer scale for sellers and with the help of fast delivery system, people from around the world can buy things from all over the world. Though, with high advertisement tecniques sometimes sellers create hype of things and customers get influenced and purchase things that are not useful. The marketing strategies now companies use have created a tendency of impulse shopping among the customers, specially in

younger generation.

Spreading awareness via advertisements can be a fruitful idea. During the time of COVID-19 pandemic advertisements were very helpful to aware people to buy necessary prevention kits like: masks, hand sanitizers and test kits to test COVID-19 at home. This type of commercials were needed to inspire people to take precautions.

Advertisement is not only a way to sell people goods, but also to serve the socitey perally. Now consumers are also very well informed about the usual marketing system of sellers and have the knowledge where to spend their money.

large companies should pay higher salaries to CEOs and executives compared to the other workers. To what extend do you agree or disagree ?

There is a view that CEOs and executives in large companies should be paid significantly more than ordinary workers. I completely disagree with this idea, as it leads to inequality, undermines employee motivation, and does not fairly reflect contributions to company success. One reason why excessively high executive pay is unjustified is that it creates […]
