In recent days, people are buying a lot of popular goods due to the variety of advertisements that can attract consumers to pay money for products rather than their real needs. In my opinion, I completely agree with this essay for two main reasons, which I will explain in the following paragraphs.

Firstly, I would like to talk about how consumers are interested in purchasing products through advertising on different platforms such as TV, billboards, and the internet (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) because the population easily sees ads and has promotions if they buy on some platforms. For example, when consumers watch a video on YouTube, an advertisement pops up before the video begins to show them a product and a promotion to attract people to purchase the object.

On the other hand, famous people can inspire society to consume unnecessary goods. For example, Lisa, who is a superstar, bought art toys called ‘Labubu’ around two months ago, and after that, these art toys sold out at many shops, and this trend is estimated to increase in the future.

In conclusion, advertising is important for influencing consumers to buy popular products, and famous people can attract consumers in the same way as the first reason.
