This would result in their inability to catch up with the pace of modern life, minimize their interaction with surrounding people and even create generation gap as the young people nowadays prefer online working methods rather than traditional ways. If the government budget can be given to solve these problems, many old people could have a chance to gain basic and essential techniques such as online banking or shopping, helping help them to stay informed about social issues and current affairs.
On the other hand, despite the good idea of using government money to train 65-year-olds people, its actual application could bring about many obstacles and problems. Given the old age, it may seem impossible to apply computer training for the elderly as they suffer from various health issues. For instance, they can struggle to remember the password of their online account, which is dangerous in terms of violating and spreading their personal information. Or staring at computer screens for a long time can also lead to additional problems and treatment costs, such as poor eyesight or headache. As a result, the proposed measure may not be implemented successfully.
In conclusion, it is noticeable that giving people aged 65 years old computer guidance can offer both benefits and obstacles. However, I still hold the opinion of partly agreeing with this agreeing this view and claiming that this is not the only effective way to utilize the state budget.
