Initially, shopping online was increasingly famous in our society after COVID-19 because people had to stay home to stop spreading the disease, they could not go out to the stores to get their daily items. Online shopping is the convenient way to do shopping especially people who do not have time to go to physical stores. They can order and delivered to their house. It is the easy and cheap way for shopping. Nevertheless, it possibly has lots of benefits but it is also have some drawbacks as well. For instance, they can not see the actual and the quality of the items, the shipping might be delay, the online images are not accurately represent products and lack of personal interaction.
On the other hand, shopping at the physical stores is better to get the quality products than shopping online. People can touch and try on the products especially important for clothing, shoes, and accessories it helps them access the fits and color. It can also avoid the shipping and handling costs. The stores may have promotions or discounts for customers. They can also interact with the staff that can help them with the size or other questions. In contrast, this way of shopping are only convenient for people who have time, some products might be more expensive than online shopping, and the products can be out of stock. Additionally, the pressure form the staff to buy products that the customers do not need.
In conclusion, while both ways of shopping have different advantages and disadvantages, it is depends on individual convenient if they want to do either online shopping or physical stores. Online shopping is more convenient for people who too busy to go out whereas shopping in physical stores is convenient for people who have spare time.
