This quality is particularly crucial in an exchange program, where we may encounter language barriers, cultural differences, and unfamiliar environments. Flexibility is another important quality that helps me in different situations. Life often presents us with unexpected challenges.This summer, I volunteered as a camp counselor since the person who held games and creative events for children was unable to conduct them due to the situation in the country. Therefore, I took the initiative and responsibility and conducted everything for the children. This situation makes me think that being an easy-going person is useful because there is always a chance to learn something new and prove to myself that I can, which I actually do every time. Adaptability is the key to what will facilitate my experience as an American student.
