Nevertheless, media and it owners can give specific and controlled direction to any news in line with their benefits, such as ideology and line of thought for a national issues. Also, It is capable to change and distort crowd’s opinions and beliefs about any reality and situation. For example, How to spread the news about the war in Ukraine, and the genocide in Palestine.
Furthermore, the medium have powerful facilities to control and definition to what a community wear or drink, and how to behave. For instance, we can mention the normalization of homosexual relationships between individuals in multiple society, while in most countries these comportments become a culture and tradition. Moreover, the superpowers are able to change governments in all over the world, by abuse of media. They can wash the minds and thoughts of the world towards a nation with which it has a difference, and convince them to attack to a country.
On the contrary, with advancement of technology and science, and the advent of the internet has enabled people to freely express their opinions and ideas in a safe environment. By using of these facilities, members of the media are unable to rendering control over the population and don not possess full oversight over them. In other words, it has become challenging for people who aspire to manipulate others by changing facts and mentality.
In conclusion, while some media platforms, including TV, radio can be influence to gain control over the common public, but high-tech types of medium, like Instagram and Twitter, making any sort of control impossible. In other words, people are able to express their opinions freely.
