As solution to this, the main issue in my opinion is the gouvernement. Using decentralisation will help solve this problem. Our institution should encorage the development of our villages. As illustration, the can introduce a law which ask the investors to create their enterprise in the village. Before delivering an agreement for exploitation, government should emphasis on the location of the business. Thus, people will not have to go to a city to find job.
To sum up, as explained before, rural exode is increasing since people are looking for best job opportunities. But to reduse this, law should encourage rural investment.
