These days, with the increase in enromous numbes of automation jobs through artificial intelligence, some individual depicts that goverments should provide a minimal income to all the citizens. On the other hand, other argues that it leads to economic stagnation. I totally agree, that providing basic income to individuals without any jobs surely brings economic stagnation in a country.

As a country, it needs funds itself for the development, which can be in infrastructure, health, research or science, and so on. If government, itself is providing the expenses for the citizens it might leads to citizens being idle. If, any countries citizen being idle due to having their basic expense covered, then country is losing their tax contributors, which will surely bring the stagnation in economy. For instance, In Nepal, it economy depends on peoples tax contributions which is roughly around a proporation of 50 to 60 percentage. If government, introduced this kinda scheme, the government will surely bleed many money and lost their income sources.

On the other hand, as a individual we should always welcome new technologies cause, this kind of automation eliminates many problems ie time, maintain consistency and so on. Also, it motivates individuals to learn new skills or handling the equipments or tools. For instance, a individual is a factory labour, before the automation they need to handle every task by hand, but with the help of automation they can easily improve their daily task by double. Also, introduced to new tech, their skills as a labour also slightly increases which may lead them to find multiple job opportunities not only that they might get slightly higher income then a normal labour.
