In the contemporary world, Artificial intelligence and the automation have developed rapidly. With that, some individuals suggest that it is better to have a UBI to ensure everyone’s basic needs. Some people argue that it is not a good thing as it may negatively affect for societal inbalance and sustainability. I agree with the first group’s openion. But to some extent. As well as it will esure equity of the society.

Firstly, it is true that each and everyone carries out some special potential. But because of financial barriers some people have to select different area to earn more. But if there is fixed basic income, that individual may polishes his inherent skill and perform well and directly contributes to the development of the society.

Secondy, having a UBL can be causes to discourage people who well educated and directly contribute to the GDP and GNI. Because they should be paid well for their capacity for monitoring and leading the system.

But societal equity is more important than the well-being of the group of the society.
