Maintaining our well-being does not require complicated routines. Regular exercise and a balanced diet are essential. If people exercise daily, their bodies release endorphins which reduce anxiety. Last year, while I was preparing for my final exams, I was experiencing high stress. However, walking in nature helped me recover. Currently, many individuals are trying to practice mindfulness to calm their minds and boost their energy.
When we look at different societies, the habits of happiness vary deeply. For instance, in Scandinavian countries, joy is found in “Hygge,” which means enjoying a cozy, quiet atmosphere at home. On the other hand, in Mediterranean cultures, happiness is connected to outdoor social life. Last summer, while I was visiting Spain, I noticed people laughing together in the streets. While northern cultures find contentment in comfort, southern communities find it in energetic gatherings.
