Others believe that we should try to cooperate more, rather than competing against each other. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Nowadays, a lot of companies and modern schools add more and more competitions for workers and students, they think that a competition among people make them more productive. Despite of advantages, others think that a competition could interrupt from work and people should concentrate on their buisness and do work together. In this essay, I will discuss two opinions and give my own attitude to these statements.

First of all, competing between colleagues and students actually make them more productive than they would worked alone or together. It is clear, that every person always wants to win everywhere and even in simple things, sometimes people just do not understand that they compete with someone. Following this, they always watch to a working process of others and try to do their work better and I exactly can say that is the thing, which improve their motivation. Also, a competition improve relationships between students and teachers, workers and bosses as well. If they win a competition, they will definitely obtain bonuses or prizes for their work and this event will help to maintain the relationships due to good emotions by getting an award after their hard work.

Turning to the other hand, a competition not always convenient and helpful for people. A tournament can also destroy relationships as well as make it better. If people do not win somewhere, some individuals will start to cheat or bother their colleagues or classmates from work. Eventually, it leads to people start argue with each other and will fail their task or just will not make it. However, not everyone do care about these types of event, this kind of persons want to concentrate on their work and tournaments will just interrupt them and also make it worse.

All things considered, competitions are not always useful and can make a problem in relationships between people, but usually it is very helpful tool for making a result of work better. In my opinion, I completely agree that these events are necessary for every organisation, which wants increase their success in any sphere.
